Connected Product Questions

Where can I find Connected products?

We are available exclusively in licensed dispensaries in California, Arizona and medically in Florida.

You can find a local shop, and place orders, through our store locator:

How do I know if my pickup is legit? / How can I identify counterfeit products?

Unfortunately, counterfeiters have become very skilled at replicating our packaging and vape hardware. Because of this, we are unable to tell from photos alone if your item is authentic or fake.

The only way to know for sure if your product is the real deal is to purchase from a licensed dispensary in California, Arizona or Florida.

Proceed with caution when handling cannabis products of unknown or questionable origin.

My AIO is clogged. What should I do?

Sometimes oil collects outside of the reservoir and limits airflow. We recommend holding the AIO upright and warming in the palm of your hands for a few minutes. This should help loosen the oil.

Please note, exposing your AIO to extreme conditions, such as intense temperatures, submerging it in water, dropping it from heights, extreme elevation changes, may damage your vape beyond function.

Are there any additives in your AIOs/carts?

Our oil stays as true to the flower as possible. The terpenes and cannabinoids in your cart are the exact ones found in the plant—just concentrated. There are absolutely zero additives; it’s pure cannabis through and through, delivering the same experience as smoking the flower, only more potent.

The oil in my AIO/cart is very dark. Is the oil still okay?

The color of pure cannabis oil can vary from batch to batch. As long as the flavor is still good, there should be no issue. If the oil is dark and tastes off, then it may be an indication of oxidation, which can happen with aged oil, and should not be consumed.  Products have a best use date that you can reference but storage conditions may impact product quality.

The oil in my AIO only appears to be half-full through the reservoir window. Is my device under-filled?

It's completely normal for the oil reservoir to look half-full through the window—this happens because the oil absorbs into the wick. Rest assured, these devices are carefully measured by weight, ensuring you receive the correct amount of product.

Placing the device upright may allow some of the oil to settle back into the reservoir, but most will remain saturated in the wick.

My AIO/cart/flower is past its expiration date. Is it still good to vape?

We do not recommend consuming any cannabis product past its expiration date. Quality and potency deteriorate over time.

I have a product issue / complaint. What should I do?

We take great pride in our products and aim for your complete satisfaction.

If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we recommend first contacting the dispensary where you made your purchase. As the point of sale, they usually have their own return policy and can often resolve issues most efficiently.

However, if you’ve already contacted the dispensary and your issue remains unresolved, we will do our best to help. Please reach out to us at cs@connectedca.com. Due to strict cannabis regulations around these matters, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to assist you.

How can I return apparel or accessories?

General Cannabis Questions

What's the difference between CBD and THC?

Cannabis is a plant containing various compounds, including both THC and CBD. CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive compound known for its potential therapeutic benefits, while THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is psychoactive and responsible for the "high" sensation. Our strains are heavy on the THC.

What’s the difference between cannabis and hemp?

Cannabis and hemp come from the same plant species, Cannabis sativa, but differ in THC content. Hemp contains 0.3% THC or less, making it non-psychoactive, while cannabis has higher THC levels, producing psychoactive effects. Cannabis, although classified as a federally controlled substance, is legal within the states where we cultivate and offer our products for sale whereas hemp is considered legal in accordance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 also referred to as the “Farm Bill .” We only sell state regulated and legal cannabis products, which is why you will find our products only in state cannabis licensed dispensaries.

What is the difference between THCa and THC? Why do your jars say THCa?

THCa is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in all cannabis plants. When heated, THCa converts into THC, which produces the psychoactive effects associated with cannabis. The THCa listing on the label reflects the amount of naturally occurring THCa in the flower. We do not spray our products with THC or other additives; all cannabinoids and terpenes found in our products are naturally produced by our plants.
